KIX Pro 18 "KIX Admin 1"

In our training course "KIX Admin 1", we introduce you to the configuration and set-up of the software. Using numerous best practice examples, you will learn the basics of KIX Pro administration. 

Training contents (excerpt): 
  • Overview of the KIX Pro admin area 
  • On Premise: Installation
  • Administration: Ticket settings (teams, status, priorities, text modules) 
  • Administration: User management and default roles
  • Customizing: Automation 1 (notifications, e-mail filters)
  • Customizing: Form field types
  • Customizing: Automation 2 (Macro Actions)
  • Customizing: User interactions (templates, actions, fields)

Note: This training is aimed at KIX administrators who already have some experience with KIX Pro. Linux knowledge is an advantage as some demonstrations and examples will be performed on the console level of the KIX server. Attendance of the "KIX User Training" is recommended but not mandatory.
