With its comprehensive range of functions, KIX offers THE solution for YOUR successful service management. The software is extremely flexible and adapts smoothly and efficiently to existing workflows in IT and technical customer service.

In our training "KIX Admin 2" we deepen already existing admin knowledge from the basic training "KIX Admin 1".

Training contents (excerpt):

Connection of directory services (Active Directory / LDAP)
Customizing: Automation 3 (jobs, macros and macro actions)
Asset Management / CMDB 1 (asset classes, attributes)
Asset Management / CMDB 2 (automation, integration)
Authorization system / basic authorizations
Customizing: Form fields, Dynamic filtering
Assignment of assets to organizations/contacts

Note: This training is aimed at experienced KIX Pro administrators. Linux knowledge is an advantage as some demonstrations and examples will be performed at the console level of the KIX server. Attendance of the "KIX User" as well as the "KIX Admin1" training courses is recommended but not mandatory.

In our basic training course "KIX User", we show you the practical application of KIX in the agent and self-service portal. Numerous best practice examples as well as tips & tricks complement this special user training.

Introduction to KIX Pro (terminology/vocabulary)
Setup wizard, ways to create tickets
Overview of the agent portal
Using the Self Service Portal
Ticket creation and processing (default actions and templates)
Customer data maintenance
