In our basic training course "KIX User", we show you the practical application of KIX in the agent and self-service portal. Numerous best practice examples as well as tips & tricks complement this special user training. 

Training contents (excerpt): 
  • Introduction to KIX Pro (terminology/vocabulary)
  • Setup wizard, ways to create tickets 
  • Overview of the agent portal
  • Using the Self Service Portal
  • Ticket creation and processing (default actions and templates)
  • Customer data maintenance
  • Asset Management / asset data maintenance
  • Service Catalog Management
  • Use of reporting (retrieval of reports)

Note: This training is specially designed for users of KIX Pro and will be held in German language.
