- Service time: Mon-Fri 8-20 Uhr (except Saxon and national holidays)
- Reaction time:
- Critical fault: 4 hrs.
- Normal fault: 8 hrs.
- General service request/function requests: 24 hrs.
- Solution time for faults: 24 hrs.
- 2 support incidents/month (corresponds to 24 per year)
- Unused support incidents (per year) are automatically converted into a maintenance contribution for the further development of the standard software KIX (Pro, Cloud).

The invoice is issued monthly in arrears on the basis of the maximum number of Service Agents with access rights (valid agents in the system) in the relevant billing month. The smallest billing unit is one agent per month. The administration user is always charged. Additional administrator and user accounts that a service provider creates in the system on behalf of the client are also subject to a charge.
The term starts after the assignment of the KIX Cloud environment. The billing period begins with the start of the term.
The contract period is tacitly extended by 1 year if not cancelled 3 months before the end of the contract period.
