Essential functions of the KIX module Workforce Management

    • Team board view with pre-defined lanes for existing and potential ticket owners
    • Creation of personal boards with freely selectable groupings of selected ticket attributes and lanes for owners, responsibles, or single-value form fields
    • Board presentation in all ticket lists
    • Quick assignment of tickets to owners/service agents
    • Quickly assigning ticket statuses to tickets
       
  •  Requirement for use of add-on module: at least KIX Pro Release 18.36.*

 

Following graduated prices apply:

  • up to 20 agents: 7,50 €,
  • 21-50 agents: 6,00 €,
  • > 50 agents: 4,50 €,

 

The invoice is issued monthly in arrears on the basis of the maximum number of Service Agents with access rights (valid agents in the system) in the relevant billing month identical to duration of the cloud application. The smallest billing unit is one agent per month.

The term starts after ordering the KIX Cloud AddOn. An existing KIX Cloud contract is a prerequisite. The term is identical to the term of the KIX Cloud contract for which the ordered AddOn is intended. The billing period begins with the start of the AddOn's term.

The contract has the same extension and termination periods as the KIX Cloud Contract for which the ordered AddOn is intended.
