Essential functions of the KIX Maintenance Plan module

  • complements KIX Pro with important features for setting up, planning and monitoring maintenance tasks
  • configuration and maintenance of time-based (cyclical) maintenance plans for assets/devices
  • Explicit or search profile-based assignment of maintenance plans to assets/devices
  • Preview of foreseeable maintenance tasks as list or calendar
  • Display of maintenance tasks (preview, planning, completed) at asset/device as list and calendar
  • Automatic creation of maintenance/maintenance orders with templates, checklists, form fields, etc.
  • Possibility for comprehensive documentation of on-site appointments, maintenance work and working hours

 

Following graduated prices apply:

  • up to 20 agents: 5,00 €,
  • 21-50 agents: 4,00 €,
  • > 50 agents: 3,00 €,

 

The invoice is issued monthly in arrears on the basis of the maximum number of Service Agents with access rights (valid agents in the system) in the relevant billing month identical to duration of the cloud application. The smallest billing unit is one agent per month.

The term starts after ordering the KIX Cloud AddOn. An existing KIX Cloud contract is a prerequisite. The term is identical to the term of the KIX Cloud contract for which the ordered AddOn is intended. The billing period begins with the start of the AddOn's term.

The contract has the same extension and termination periods as the KIX Cloud Contract for which the ordered AddOn is intended.
