The service is an alternative to an existing mail server or provides a mailbox if no mail server is available.
Billing is monthly in arrears.
The term starts after ordering the KIX Cloud Mailservice. An existing KIX Cloud contract is a prerequisite. The term is identical to the term of the KIX Cloud contract for which the ordered Mailservice is intended. The billing period begins with the start of the Mailservices' term.
The contract has the same extension and termination periods as the KIX Cloud Contract for which the ordered Mailservice is intended.
