Essential functions of the KIX module Connect opsi
- KIX retrieves the device data from opsi (uib GmbH) and creates them as its own assets in KIX. Any related updates in opsi will be synchronized to KIX automatically.
- Integration or import & update of device data from opsi into KIX
- Retrieving opsi device data and creating assets in KIX
- Update of assets and asset information in KIX in case of changes in the opsi system
- Display of linked asset data at tickets
- All asset information is maintained in opsi
- Version 4.2 of opsi is required
- Requirement for use of add-on module: at least KIX Pro Release 18.26
Following graduated prices apply:
- up to 20 agents: 2,50 €,
- 21-50 agents: 2,00 €,
- > 50 agents: 1,50 €,
The invoice is issued monthly in arrears on the basis of the maximum number of Service Agents with access rights (valid agents in the system) in the relevant billing month identical to duration of the cloud application. The smallest billing unit is one agent per month.
The term starts after ordering the KIX Cloud AddOn. An existing KIX Cloud contract is a prerequisite. The term is identical to the term of the KIX Cloud contract for which the ordered AddOn is intended. The billing period begins with the start of the AddOn's term.
The contract has the same extension and termination periods as the KIX Cloud Contract for which the ordered AddOn is intended.
