Connect Database (per month / agent) Add On-Provisioning in latest KIX Cloud standard version. Contract duration identically to the cloud instance

Essential functions of the KIX module Connect Database

  • Data integration and import from external software systems to KIX via database access (supported DBMS are for example PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MS SQL Server)
  • Possible examples for application:
    • Show customer data and backlogs from a CRM
    • Show inventory from an ERP
    • Import asset data from an ERP
    • Import contact-/organisation data from a CRM (available from Release 18.21)
  • Requirement for use of add-on module: at least KIX Pro Release 18.20

Following graduated prices apply:

  • up to 20 agents: 2,50€,
  • 21-50 agents: 2,00€,
  • > 50 agents: 1,50€,

 

The invoice is issued monthly in arrears on the basis of the maximum number of Service Agents with access rights (valid agents in the system) in the relevant billing month identical to duration of the cloud application. The smallest billing unit is one agent per month.

The term starts after ordering the KIX Cloud AddOn. An existing KIX Cloud contract is a prerequisite. The term is identical to the term of the KIX Cloud contract for which the ordered AddOn is intended. The billing period begins with the start of the AddOn's term.

The contract has the same extension and termination periods as the KIX Cloud Contract for which the ordered AddOn is intended.
